Is this incontinence underwear?
It's protective underwear for drips and light leaks, including the few drops that can come after you pee. It's a normal-looking boxer brief with three built-in layers, not a pad or a diaper.
Will anyone be able to tell I'm wearing them?
They look and fit like regular boxer briefs, with no visible pad and no noise when you move.
How much do they absorb?
They're designed for light to moderate leaks and dribbles. They are not designed for heavy or full-bladder leaks.
Can I wear them at night?
They're designed for light to moderate leaks. If your leaks are heavier at night, use additional protection.
How many pairs do I need?
We recommend at least 3: one to wear, one in the wash and one spare.
Which size should I choose?
Use your usual waist measurement and check the size chart on the product page. If you're between two sizes, size up.

Care
How do I wash them?
Rinse in cold water (optional), then machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Air dry. Avoid fabric softener, bleach and tumble drying: they can reduce absorbency over time.

How is my order shipped?
In a plain, unbranded package. Nothing on the outside says what's inside. Shipping is free on US orders of $60 or more ($4.95 below).
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days and are typically delivered in 7 to 12 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Will I pay customs fees or import duties?
No. Import duties are already included in our prices, so you won't pay anything extra on delivery. Any applicable US sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
