Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Shipping rates
- Free Discreet Shipping on orders of 3 pairs or more (orders of $60 or more).
- $4.95 Standard Discreet Shipping on single-pair orders.
Delivery times
- Processing: orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days.
- Delivery: typically 7 to 12 business days after your order ships.
These are estimates. Delays can happen during peak periods or for reasons outside our control.
No customs fees
All duties and import taxes are included in our prices. You won't pay anything extra on delivery.
Discreet packaging
Every order ships in a plain, unbranded package. Nothing on the outside says what's inside.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of shipping, contact us and we'll reship it for free.
Address errors
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
