1. Who we are

This website, zepiaa.com, and the Zepiaa brand are operated by MAK BUSINESS LLC ("Zepiaa", "we", "us"). By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Our products

Zepiaa products are washable underwear designed to help manage light to moderate bladder leaks. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Results vary from person to person. If you have new, changing or worrying symptoms, see a doctor.

3. The 6-Week Reset

The 6-Week Reset program included with your order is for general education only. It is not medical advice and does not replace a diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional. Talk to your doctor before starting any exercise program, especially after surgery. You use it at your own discretion.

4. Orders and pricing

  • All prices are in US dollars and include duties and import taxes.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud, or if a product becomes unavailable. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we refund you in full.
  • Product images are for illustration. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.
  • You must provide accurate information when ordering.

5. Shipping, refunds and returns

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. Refunds, including our 30-Day Dry Promise, are described in our Refund Policy.

6. Discount codes and promotions

Discount codes can't be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. We may limit offers to one use per customer.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site (texts, images, videos, logos, the 6-Week Reset program) belongs to MAK BUSINESS LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission. The 6-Week Reset is for your personal use only.

8. Reviews and messages

If you send us a review, comment or photo, you confirm it is honest and yours, and you allow us to use it on our site and marketing. We don't publish anything that identifies you without your consent.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zepiaa is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, site or program. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
